Samsung Galaxy S23 5G in Kenya
The Samsung Galaxy 23 5G was officially announced in February 2023 alongside Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and Galaxy S23 Plus. Pre Orders began on 1 February 2023 and the devices were made available on February 17, 2023. It landed in Kenya in March 2023. The Galaxy S23 succeeds the Galaxy S22 as the top new Galaxy flagship. Samsung Galaxy S23 is available at City hub at Ksh.69,600 for the 128GB and Ksh.75,000 for 256GB.
The Galaxy S23 is a smartphone that features a 6.1-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate. With 50MP + 12MP + 10MP triple rear cameras, and a single 12MP selfie camera. It runs on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset with 8GB of RAM, Android 13 OS, and One UI 5.1 software. There’s also an under-display fingerprint scanner, 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, Samsung DeX desktop mode, Hi-Res audio, and either 128GB or 256GB of RAM. A 3900mAh battery powers the device with support for 25W fast charging and 15W wireless charging. The Galaxy S23 5G is available in Kenya at City Hub Electronics.
