Vivo Y35 4G was officially announced in August 2022 alongside Vivo Y77e, Vivo V25 Pro, Vivo V25 and Vivo V25+. Pre Orders began on 15 August 2022 and the devices were made available on August 15, 2022. It landed in Kenya in September 2022. The Vivo Y35 succeeds the Vivo Y25 as the top new Vivo flagship. The vivo Y35 4G is a smartphone that features a 6.58-inch FHD+ IPS LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 650 nits. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 4G chipset processor (6nm) with an octa-core CPU (4×2.4 GHz Kryo 265 Gold & 4×1.9 GHz Kryo 265 Silver) and an Adreno 610 GPU. It is available in configurations of 64GB 4GB RAM, 128GB 4GB RAM, 128GB 8GB RAM, and 256GB 8GB RAM.
The rear camera setup includes a 50 MP primary lens (f/1.8, wide) with PDAF, a 2 MP macro lens (f/2.4), and a 2 MP depth sensor (f/2.4). For selfies, there’s a 16 MP front camera (f/2.0, wide).
